Vital Proteins delivered healthy results

I have been taking vital proteins in my coffee every morning. I have seen a dramatic change in my hairs volume, not only did my pin straight hair become wavy but it just looks healthier. I got my 87 year old mother in law started on this during a month long visit. She is so happy that her extremely thin hair has come back to life. I have gotten my brother in law using it, along with many friends.

Inconsistent serving size

The serving sizes seem completely wrong. Packaging with scoops says 1 serving size is 2 scoops = 23 g. The non scoops says 1 serving size is 4 tbsp = 20 g. That doesn't add up. 1 tbsp = 14.1g which means 4 tbsp = 56.4g or presumably 2 servings. I measured one scoop to be about 4 tsp which is about 22.8g. This tells me 1 scoop is closer to 23g or a single serving.

Hello! Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately, the universal conversion does not apply to convert tablespoons to grams, due to the fact that every product has a different density. For example, 1 tbsp of water is different than 1 tbsp of sugar, is different than 1 tbsp of flour. The same applies to our Collagen Peptides. New Packaging

I love the product, but the new 20 oz. packaging will deter me from purchasing it again! Not easy to open and not securely sealed!

New packaging container is discouraging

I’ve been using this product for over a year and a half. I’m very satisfied with the product. I’m discouraged about the new packaging container. It’s very hard to open and then it does not seal well. I hope it can be changed back so I don’t have search for a new product. Please consider.

Please rethink the new packaging…Nightmare to open

To whom ever changed the packaging to this paper/cardboard… Please please please go back to the drawing board and rework because darling… if I was a first-time customer and this was the package I purchased I would never purchase again. I have been a customer for years and this nearly made me rage this morning. I wish I would’ve captured a video of me trying to open this.

Not worth it anymore

I have been using this product for years, but this can will be my last purchase. Over the last couple years you've raised the price, taken the scoop away, and changed the container so seniors can't get it open without a fight. Did you think about how this new design would affect your customers? Seniors need this product and are a large portion of the population using it. Why would you raise the price, take away the scoop, and package it in a container that's difficult to get into? Please rethink these decisions you have made and change things back to the way they were. This has to be functional and easy to use or it's not a product worth spending money on.

Bad packaging

The formula has been amazing. I’ve used this product for two years. HOWEVER, you guys first take away the scooper- Well, okay I just kept one from the old container. But now, this new packaging is horrendous. Why have a fabulous product that cannot stay fresh in the cheap container and is difficult to open. Not only that, you increased the price. I would NOT recommend this product at this point.

New packaging is HORRIBLE

Why did you change the packaging to this awful cardboard container?? I understand that its more eco friendly but it is impossible to open. Please bring back the old package and make it w/recycled water bottles or something to reduce the eco-guilt.
