New packaging is horrible

I can’t stand the switch to no scoop and now the new packaging. This will be the last container I purchase. Luckily still had a plastic one, but lost about a quarter of the product transferring it.

First they got rid of the scoop, which made no sense, but I saved an old scoop. But now, the new packaging. Unbelievably horrible. I’m done.

Not a fan of new container

I have used this for years love the product, but the new container is a nightmare can’t get into it no matter what and when you do you lose half of your powder worse thing they did also taken away. The scoop was awful too.

What fillers are we ingesting?

I have been using this product for four years and overall have been happy with it.
However, what fillers are we now ingesting? It used to be 2 tbsp for 18g of proteins, then went up to 3, and now per this website, it is going up to 4 tbsp for the 18g of protein. What is being added to reduce the amount of protein per scoop?

Another thing of note is that the container I have now says 3 tbsp = 20g of product.
The label on this site says 4 tbsp = 20g of product, how is that possible?
I will be finding another collagen product to use. I liked when I first bought it, because it was 2 small scoops per serving, instead of the huge scoops of other products. That benefit is gone.

New cardboard packaging is a nightmare! I spilled 1/4 of the container! Did anyone really try this on a daily basis?

New packaging is wrong in so many ways

Product is great. I use it daily, years of knee problems are melting away.
New packaging is wrong in so many ways. Old packaging was easy to open, easy to store. I could leave on the counterr for convenience and not worry about moisture. New package is hard to open, and about half bursts out all over the counter when it does open. I'll be moving to another brand, that at least is a waterproof zipping bag.

WHY THE NEW PACKAGING

Why in the world did you change packaging. My collagen is now clumpy because it’s not sealed correctly. Moisture is getting into the box you now have as packaging. This product costs way too much to waste. I’ve been using vital proteins for many many years. This will be my last. It’s ridiculous to package a powder that isn’t sealed tightly.

Worst packaging ever!

Love the product, hate the package which is impossible for an older person to open, then it doesn’t seal tight. Had to get my son to come over to open it and he struggled. I’ll be switching brands now.
