Amount of servings per container is deceptive!

Measured out my servings using a measuring spoon, since there is no scoop provided. The label says there should be approximately 14 servings in the container, but I barely made it to day 10 before it was gone. That is totally misleading. Due to this fact alone, I will be going back to the NeoCell collagen, which comes with a scoop and the “servings per container” information on the back label is not FALSE!

No Scoop?

I bought this product for the first time and was shocked to find it didn't come with a scoop. I dug around in the powder and had to Google to make sure it wasn't buried in there somewhere. Bummer. Now I'm going to have to buy a scoop specifically for my collagen powder because I'm not interested in tracking down and cleaning a measuring spoon every morning.

I have used the blue collagen peptides for 3 years. I am always getting compliments for my skin and that I really have no wrinkles. I’m 62 years old and notice a lift in my facial skin. I have also noticed my skin changes if I stop using it. I mix the unflavored product with Mio drops and it works. I have now bought the capsule version for travel.

I am very disappointed in my latest purchase of Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides. I bought the 24 oz and it was 3/4 full. No scoop. Its expensive as it is.

Thank you for your message! Happy to provide some insight. Our canisters are filled by weight rather than volume. Due to the nature of the powder product, some canisters may have a denser batch of collagen, resulting in an amount that appears to be ""lower"" in the canister, or even a more loosely-packed batch that appears to be ""higher"" in the canister! However, all of our canisters are filled to the exact weight and number of servings as listed!
When your canister is filled, the powder does indeed full most of the space in the canister - as the powder settles during transport, however, the powder will fall to a lower amount and leave extra room in the top of the canister by the time it arrives to you. To account for this, we provide an average fill line on our canisters indicated by a small line at the edge of your product's label and is labeled ""FILL LINE"".
