I have been using for a month a haven’t noticed any changes yet. I’m hoping to see improvement in hair, nails and skin.
I hate that they are virtue signaling and removed the scoop . If they really cared about plastic they would use less plastic in the tub they fill only 60 percent full.

Kudos to VITAL for changing to paper container

I can see a definite difference in my nails. I haven't been taking it that long so there's hope for the hair and skin. Although I like the plastic container, I applaud the switch to a paper container. Plastic is SO BAD for our environment.

My first drink with 1 Tbls was very hard to swallow. I would never tolerate 3 Tbls in one drink. Definitely won't ruin my coffee with it. Does the hyaluronic acid add a displeasing flavor, or is it still unappealing without it. Not sure I can continue. I was so hoping I would like it.

Provide the scoop! Every single brand includes a scoop. I thought I got a faulty package since no scoop was included. Give back the scoop!!!!!
