the container is waaayyy tooo oversized

Why don't you consider cutting down on the size of that giant plastic container since the amount of product only takes up about 1/4 of said container- talk about saving the earth!!!

Formula change?

Product used to be good. Never bothered my stomach. Now, I get bloated and don't feel great. Formula change? Plus, Nestlé is too cheap to include the scoop. After taking this for years, I'm done with it.

Bring back the scoop

I have been using this product for years. The decision to remove the scoop is annoying. I will be searching for a new collagen peptide product unless the scoop is brought back. I use(d) the product on the road and don’t want to waste water and spill the product trying to use a normal spoon. It also seems so minor in comparison with the package size. If it goes in a landfill the scoop will be inside anyway. I don’t see the environmental impact.
I would rate the product itself a 5/5 but the decision to remove the scoop a 1/5.

How do I not get big clumps?

I just started using yesterday. I was disappointed there was no scoop, and I am super surprised about the serving size! 4 tablespoons? That is so much! I came on the website to find out if there were any tips or tricks getting the powder to not clump into a big gooey mess and to actually dissolve into my 30 oz. iced coffee. I tried my milk frother and shaking it in a closed container. Neither worked. Help!

discrepancy in measurement & servings

I'm confused…My product says that 4 tablespoons equals 20g. This product says that 3 Tablespoons equals 20 grams. Sooooo, the fourth Tablespoon has no value? Hard to follow a recipe that calls for a certain weight of collagen powder and not have a consistent measurement. The issue is not with the missing scoop…it's with the inconsistent measurements. 20 grams is 20 grams…3 tablespoons or 4. (the scoop is 4).
As for the actual product…I'm pleased with the unflavored version and that it mixes well in my coffee.
I'd give the product a 5, the frustration and deceit of servings & measurements a 1--giving a total of 3

I’m pleased that the product is as advertised tasteless and dissolves quickly and has no lumps. Because of this I feel it will be easy to make taking the collagen part of my daily routine
