I’’ve only been taking this product for a few days I’ve been nauseous and like I have IBS. I’ve noticed the product doesn’t dissolve all the way I tried it In Hot and cold drinks. I’m definitely wiould not recommend or keep using this product. I wasted my money.

This product has been changed and you can't tell me otherwise. We are no longer getting the full benefit that it did in the past. Although we're still paying the same outrageous price. You have lost this long time customer!

Product is good, Serving size listed incorrectly

I started Taking collagen because I’ve read reviews that’s supposed to be really good for you and support healthy lifestyle. It’s always good to include more protein. So far, I’m very happy with product and I feel pretty good but there’s definitely an error with the serving size listed on the package. A serving size is 20 g, 4 Tbsp. This is incorrect it would be equivalent to 4 teaspoons or 2 tablespoons. I measured it out on my scale just to make sure I wasn’t losing my mind. Who knows if any of these powders actually do what they say they are going to do but at the very least I’d like to know I’m getting the correct serving size.
I actually support the no scoop, packaging, and if there’s a way to make the entire plastic bottle become more earth friendly, that would be a great step in the right direction as well. Who doesn’t have a tablespoon or a teaspoon in their drawer they could easily measure out a serving size with???

Recommended but it has changed

This product is not the same quality or it's been changed somehow. I have subscribed since 2020 and it is not the same anymore. Doesn't dissolve like it used to but clumps instead. Unhappy with product as it is currently.

Carelessness regarding expiration date

I received 2 boxes of these at the end of 2023. In one box the collagen peptides had nearly reached the expiration date stamped on the side of the container and in another the expiration date wasn't until 2025. I'm extremely upset and disappointed in the lack of consistently high quality products, These should have never been sent to me. These are expensive products that I buy for their health benefits, and I should be able to expect products that are fresh and still have their full nutritional benefit and will last a reasonable time period. When ordering online, I should be able to expect that there will be an expiration date that is sufficiently past the date I purchased them, at least 6 months out. Clearly they can make products that expire over a year in the future so there is no reason I should be sent products that are about to expire.

Used to love….please change it back

I have been using this brand for years. Now it’s no longer fully dissolving in my coffee. Something is wrong, off or changed. Change it back please!!!!

Will NOT be purchasing this

Wow, after reading the reviews…I will NOT be purchasing this product. I haven’t used it in a while and was considering buying it again. But it sounds like they have gone the route of so many other manufacturers and changed their formula and it tastes like plastic too. I can tell so many other products have done that as well. Are they poisoning us???? Seriously. Hopefully, they either go back to their original formula or go out of business for this. And …..no scoop…woke (plastics are bad ..right? As we package paper straws and everything else in….PLASTIC
