So how much do I take??

So on my container of collagen peptides, the serving size is 4 tbsp. The recommended serving size is 10-15 grams a day, which is about 1-2 tbsp. Then on the bottle advertised above, the serving size is 3 tbsp. You used to include a scoop that was 1 tbsp and recommended 1-2 scoops.
You guys are all over the place. I'm not feeling very sure about my decision to buy from you. Restore my faith and explain why so many different serving sizes???

Where is the scoop?

I’m disappointing in the lack of a scoop- A very normal, industry standard. If this is for environmental reasons, I would expect an accountability report with amount of money this saved and where it went to trees vs profits. It just feels cheap, which causes mistrust.
The powder was fine, although the bottle is ridiculously large and shipped in a big box.

New Formula Tastes Awful and No Scoop

I used to love this collagen powder mixed in my morning/evening tea but the new formula has an off-putting taste that ruins every beverage I put it in and no scoop. I discovered this change months ago and then went out and bought several tubs without the little blue banner under the cap because those were manufactured before the change. They also still have the scoop in them. I am still using them but when they're gone in a couple of months I will have to look for another brand. I agree with many of the comments here that eliminating the scoop was a bad idea. It is alienating customers and other brands still have the scoop. You are not fooling anyone, there are compostable plastics now, you didn't have to eliminate the scoop. It is no wonder so many reviews since the change are bad and refer to the taste and the missing scoop. This company should get a clue. I see that they are marketing the product aggressively in markets near me. Maybe they are worried. Instead of doing that improve the taste and give us back the scoop.

Directly causes deforestation of Amazon rainforest

80% of deforestation in the Amazon is caused by the collagen industry, with Vital Proteins being the largest culprit as the industry leader. Anytime you see “grass fed” with Brazil or South America as country of origin (VP is produced in Brazil), those grass pastures were created with deforestation. I used this for a period of time before I knew this, and saw absolutely no results. So, definitely not worth it.

New Recipe?- Plastic taste

I've been buying this product for some time. However, I just picked up a new container and something isn't right. Idk if they've changed the recipe or what but it tastes like plastic. I always mix it in with my morning coffee. At first I thought it was the creamer I was using. However, when I tried my coffee this morning without the VP there was none of that taste. When I mixed in the VP Powder the taste was back. First they take away the scoop, then the container is only half filled and now the taste/recipe. I guess I need to start looking for a new product. Such a shame I really like this one for a long time.

Used to love this :(

I loved this product, but recently something has changed. It won't dissolve in my coffee anymore and tastes awful. I bought a two-pack, and both containers were this way. I notice others commenting on the difference lately - what's up? Is this a manufacturing issue? I would love to keep using if this gets resolved!

Cutting corners

the value of this product has changed, My last 2 orders shipped with the container only half full and no scooper with it. Is the company cutting corners to save money? Well, you lost a customer and will lose more if this continues.
