What happened? For a while I had stop buying your stuff, and I recently got collagen peptides again, and when I opened it I remembered why I stopped buying. There was no scope any more and there is “stuff” in it. I’m sure it’s just crystallized collagen, but I’ve bought this for years and it’s only happened the last 3 containers I bought in the last year. And the scoop. Who knew a scoop would be such a big deal! I went fishing for it and discovered all the little brown tidbits again. Threw it away.

My husband bought this for me for Christmas and it’s absolutely the worst tasting thing I’ve ever put in my mouth.
I would like a refund or replacement with the protein powder- because that’s at least tolerable. And no scoop- why?

I have been using this product for a year and I like the results on my hair and nails! I made the purchase and received it with black dots, too many! What happened? I'm afraid to consume it like this!

Like the product but newest container brags about no longer including a PLASTIC scoop. When you open the HUGE PLASTIC CONTAINER it is half full. Maybe keep the tiny plastic scoop and reduce a ton of plastic by making the container HALF the size.... we're not stupid. Respect your customer please.

Been using the original formula snd the beauty formula for 2 yrs. Really like them but i am unable to find the beauty edition anymore. Has it been discontinued? Also i wanted to know if it is hydrolized or not, i read different things on line about that. Thanks

Collagen developing an odor

My container of unflavored collagen peptides is starting to develop and odor/smell (almost like a garlic aroma) and I’m only half way through the container (it’s not expired).

Caused stomach/intestinal issues for me
