My skin feels more hydrated

I’m on my second container of this and when I take it regularly I definitely notice my skin feels more hydrated. I haven’t noticed a difference in my joint pain but my skin does feel better. I do have to take it regularly though. Only gave it 4 stars because it does NOT dissolve in cold liquids and only dissolves decently in room temperature liquids.

I just purchased the vital protein coconut and already seeing results after my first round. My hair is not dry anymore. The collagen mix is really bringing the proteins back that I have been lacking due to age. I am very happy with the product. I can also see my skin is more hydrated again. Thanks!
