New batch smells like spoiling milk!

I just bought 2 new containers of collagen. I’ve been using this for the past 2 years now and this batch smells BAD. One doesn’t have a smell (exp 2-7-28) BUT the newer batch (exp 6-12-28) smells like it’s an expiring milk. I’ve now read other reviews below about this same exact issue. What the heck is going on with this product!? I’m returning and finding a new brand. This is unfortunate.

TASTE LIKE PLASTIC

They must of changed the formula it taste like plastic and is sour not very pleasant . I like the results been using for over three years but just don't like the new taste will have to try a different brand What a shame this was a good product and they ruined it. They removed the plastic scoop and changed the formula to taste like the plastic scoop.

Won't buy again if product tastes like plastic

First day taking this product. I bought it because somebody told me it was amazing. When I mixed it in my water, it tasted like pure plastic or chemicals. I'm pretty disappointed because it was expensive. There was no plastic scoop. It tasted literally like I was drinking the plastic container that the formula sits in. Unsure if I would buy again. Other reviews said that that terrible taste is something recent. Vital Proteins needs to fix their formula, or they're going to lose a lot of business. Other than that, I cannot review the product because I just bought it yesterday.

Not easily solvable anymore

Seems as soon as they changed packaging and removed the scoop the product had changed and is no longer easily soluble in my morning coffee…so now coffee has lumps in it!!! Will not purchase anymore…

What happened? It now tastes terrible!

I have used Vital Proteins for a couple of years and it never had a taste. This last one I bought tastes and smells strange. Almost like mildew. Came here to see if anyone else is noticing the same thing and they are. Vital Proteins what is going on? I can’t drink this, it makes my coffee smell terrible and the taste is awful!

Been using Vital Proteins since they first came out. It was a brand that I trusted and I liked the results of the product. They definitely changed something they are probably using fillers to save money and cutting back on product quality. They no longer offer a scoop so that tells you money is the bottom line and not the consumer. My last two containers taste like plastic and bitter I took both back as this stuff is not cheap.
I am now using a less expensive better brand which is like the old Vital Proteins tasteless.
