Short Shelf Life

I ordered 2 boxes of the Collagen Peptides Advanced - with Hyaluronic Acid & Vitamin Stick Pack Box (20 ct) with HA + Vitamin C on July 30, 2023 for an upcoming trip this year. I received the order on August 2, 2023. I noticed that the shelf life printed on both of the product boxes is Oct 21, 2023. (Reference ORDER 110003136486). Doesn't give me much time to consume them. Warning - probably best not to order this product if you don't intend to consume them fairly soon. That is the reason I rated this product 2 stars.

20oz is not 28 servings

The 20oz tub does not yield 28 servings. Very disappointed. I put the 4 tbps in my coffee each morning. Purchased the larger tub on July, 22nd, 2023. This tub lasted me only 16 days/16 servings. For the price you pay and the fact that you don't get a scooper in the container is unreal and frustrating.

Coffee keeps seperating

I have used the normal Collagen Peptides in my coffee for years and accidentally ordered this Advanced version this time. Coffee keeps separating with the advanced formula. Will NEVER order this one again.

Too many changes lately

Normally I would give 5 stars but new batch has some issues. The smell is horrible. Previous batches had no smell. We use this daily in my home & definitely product has changed. I always keep 6 containers on hand. New one this morning had some kind of plastic fibers in the mix I had to strain out. What is up with quality control? May have to switch due to all this changes.

I think it’s WONDERFUL that they haven’t included a scoop in their new formula/packaging. I don’t understand why so many people are complaining and giving 1-2 star reviews based on a little *plastic* scoop that you don’t need and only hurts the environment further. Spoons work just fine. I really can’t believe how everyone is up in arms saying, “no scoop where’s my scoop!” Absolutely ridiculous. Anyway, wonderful product, has me feeling great after just a few days. Love your move towards being more environmentally friendly :)

Watch for side effects!!

I have never in my life experienced acid reflux until I started this product. The acid reflux was so bad I couldn't even drink water. I was down to eating one meal a day. I stopped taking it and the acid reflux improved within 2 days.

Good product but...
