Been using this for several years. The new formula, package without scoop, does not dissolve and tastes very different. I have some of the previous product and the new product. They are not the same.

Bad smell & taste

Tried this new product and definitely could smell a very unpleasant smell from the moment I opened the canister. I have always used collagen powder in my coffee so I definitely noticed this added a bad flavor to my coffee plus it doesn't not dissolve as well as the original. I simply cannot order again and go thru such unpleasantness, even if it has added benefit of the Vit. C and HA. Sad, as I was hoping this could be my new product I would always re-order.

I would have liked to like this but can’t

I also get lumps whether I blend it or shake it or stir it vigorously. I wanted to use this in the future but it is not worth it with lumpiness and having to eat lumps.

Hi there! If mixing with a spoon or fork doesn't help, we recommend adding collagen to warm water before topping off with ice and cold water. This should do the trick!

HAS UNPLEASANT TASTE AND SMELL

The product works the same as the original, albeit touting better absorption potential, However, the manner in which it dissolves, is NOT the same; it clumps and that is unpleasant because it also has a smell and a taste that is evident even in coffee. The smell and the taste are far too strong in this version and coupled with all the clumping it is a 2 star event.

Great product to use in anything.

I love that I can put this stuff in anything. It has no taste so I can add it to coffee, water, smoothies or soup if I wanted to. A small portion sometimes settles at the bottom but mixes back into the liquid just by stirring. I find it has no taste or smell.
