Bad smell and taste

I normally love this product, however I bought a new canister the other day and it smells and tastes like something died. Did you change the product or is there something wrong with it.

Are you kidding me! You eliminated the scoop! Don’t you know that’s part of the ease to enjoy this product. If I had known I would have saved a scoop. I recycle faithfully. I wish you hadn’t decided to do this for me. Respect your customers. Being aware of our health translates into being aware of our environment. Help us out. Bring back the scoop! The product is great. The lack of easy measuring is terrible.

Hi there! We’re phasing out our plastic scoops—removing a little plastic from our products is a small but meaningful step toward a more responsible future. But we get it, you’re used to your tub coming with a scoop. Though we’re removing our scoop, you can still expect the same bone, joint, hair, skin & nails benefits from collagen peptides that you know and love. The recommended serving sizes will remain the same. We will simply change the instructions on the label, shifting from scoops to tablespoons. Exact instructions and measurements will be provided on each label for reference. You can use the same tablespoon you use for cooking or baking to measure your favorite Vital Proteins® products.

Change in the product

After 2 years of using this product, I just bought 2 large boxes and noticed 2 things: No more spoons The product is not diluted as usual. In addition, it leaves a whitish stain on the coffee and the taste has changed. Before, there was no barrier stain, no taste and it looked good. What's going on? I had to open the other box to compare, and it's exactly the same: it doesn't dilute well, whitens whites, and tastes weird.

Awful Taste!

I have been using this collagen for years by putting the scoop into my coffee. Just bought a new canister 2 days ago, dumped it into my coffee and couldn’t believe the awful taste! I went and smelled the collagen and it smells like chlorine! What is going on?! It literally smells like someone bleached the batch of collagen! I’m so disappointed!

Wrong order . . . but . . .

Didn't realize I ordered the advanced peptide. When added to my hot tea 1/4 of the powder clumps into a hard mass. This is not appealing. Going back to the regular formula. Downgraded one star because of the clumps. However, the components work extremely well. I've been taking the product in one form or the other for about a year. I've notice a difference in the texture of my hair. Its soft and breakage has all but stopped. Nails grow strong. Other than the clumping, would highly recommend this product.

Sadly disappointed

Ive been using this product for over a year. This last container received does not come with a scoop and will not dissolve. It clumps and floats to the bottom of my cup. I use it in my hot tea in the mornings.

Taste is getting worse

The taste (of the plain/no flavor ones) just keeps getting worse and worse! It's just getting so hard to hide the taste and hard to tolerate it! I'm not new to their products, I've been a subscriber for years, but idk what they're doing to the taste It's just so bad!! I had to cancel for good.
