Let’s be honest…

I’ve been a long time customer of this brand and I’m disappointed with the new formula. It has a very distinct “cow” smell and taste now when it used to be undetectable in my matcha tea. It’s really frustrating that VP claims it’s the same formula when it’s clearly not. I would expect more transparency from this company. As for the end of the plastic spoon (great for environment), why not replace with something biodegradable? It seems like an obvious transition and still allows for convenience. I really hope VP rethinks it’s current decisions considering the amount of critical reviews.

Great collagen. Great for skin, hair nails and jpints. Been taking it for about a year. Only complaint is the price. It has gone up, like everything else.

Lost quality, very dissapointed

I love taking this, it has really been beneficial for my overall health. But as the company is getting bigger and more mainstream it is loosing quality. If you look at the previous serving size you only needed 2 scoops to get your 20g, now you need 4 scoops. Just like every company they are getting greedier and we the consumer suffer the consequences. Price has not decrease but quality has. Very dissapointed.

How long is the collagen peptides good past the use by date? I bought several containers and have an opened and unopened container left.
I buy the unflavored for my coffee but thought I'd try a flavored one.

Feeling cheated

I have been taking these product for about a year now and had been happy with it until my last purchase when I noticed that you removed the very convenient scoop out, took out 8 ounces and left it at the same price or more and also recommending twice as much product. I feel cheated and will also tell my friends about the change. I know a scoop did not take up 8 ounces of space. Will not be buying it again.

It used to come measuring spoon but not anymore. It is very inconvenient, and I don’t like it.
