Doesn't dissolve

I like using the product but it doesn't dissolve in my smoothie like they claim. It just clumps up in the bottom in a glob.

No scoop?????

Where is the scoop? It’s pricey enough but now with no scoop???how we supposed to measure that?very disappointed

Hi Maria! We’re phasing out our plastic scoops—removing a little plastic from our products is a small but meaningful step toward a more responsible future. But we get it, you’re used to your tub coming with a scoop. Though we’re removing our scoop, you can still expect the same bone, joint, hair, skin & nails benefits from collagen peptides that you know and love. The recommended serving sizes will remain the same. We will simply change the instructions on the label, shifting from scoops to tablespoons. Exact instructions and measurements will be provided on each label for reference. You can use the same tablespoon you use for cooking or baking to measure your favorite Vital Proteins® products.

Price increased but product is the same???????????

I would like to know what have you changed in this product, other than the text on the the label, from "original" to "advanced", that warrants the price increase? If it is the same product "as we have come to love", why then not say the price is increasing, instead of a long, content-empty email to subscribers? Also, the product is no longer manufactured by a Franklin Park company, it is manufactured "for" that company. Please provide a real answer below, instead of asking me to call or email you. We are updating our HAVC offering on Amazon and VitalProteins.com to become “Collagen Peptides Advanced” and increasing pricing of the offering to distinguish it as a premium offering with additional benefits to consumers. Previously we only offered the Collagen Peptides with Hyaluronic Acid and Vitamin C on our website, and to align with our consumers retail experience we now offer the single-ingredient Collagen Peptides online as well. No more scoop spoon but still thick plastic tub

So you leave out the tiny plastic scoop to save plastic, but the giant tub is made out of think plastic. Just another big company trying to say they’re helping the planet but really just being cheap. Make your tubs out of something else or thinner plastic if you really cared.

Vital Protein needs better quality control

Tastes terrible and no longer dissolves

I have been taking VP for close to 2 years and the odorless/flavorless easy to dissolve collagen that I came to love has been changed. It now clumps up and leaves a residue at the top of my coffee, but the worst part is that it tastes absolutely terrible and has an almost bitter after taste. It tastes and smells the way a chicken coop smells. To add insult to injury they are increasing the price substantially which in my opinion is not justifiable as they removed the plastic scoop. I'm bummed that I will have to find a new collagen as I have already canceled my subscription. And just to make it clear, I am not canceling due to the increase but solely because the product being sold now is garbage, trust me when I say it's no longer tasteless

There’s no scoop to measuring the product and I wish you could reduced the quantity of salt in the product. Other than that the collagen it okay.
