Love this product!

I use this daily in my morning smoothie to get my day started with a great boost of protein! I love that it's unflavored and unsweetened so I'm not adding anything I'm not looking for. It also adds a nice creaminess to the smoothie as it gets blended in which is great!

Every morning with my coffee

I mix in one scoop of this with my coffee every morning. I can't even taste it. Mixes in easy with hot beverages, and smoothies, too. I notice more of a difference during the winter months, when my nails especially are prone to being dry and brittle. These past couple of winters since I started using it 2 years ago, my nails aren't brittle and breaking, and my hair feels a little more moisturized than normal. Will continue to purchase!

I have been using this for only a couple days my knee pain is already feeling better the only downside I’ve been using the bathroom a lot more and I don’t mean urinating lol I have been going anywheres from 4 - 8 times a day since starting this.

Caused extreme gas pain

I added two scoops of this product as directed to my black coffee this morning. About an hour later I had horrible gas pains. I could not even stand up! Lasted all day as well. I am terrified to try them again. For sure not for me.
