It's helping my joint pain

I'm a bout a month into using this (daily scoop with my coffee). I 've noticed an overall improvement in my nail and hair health. But the amazing thing is that since using this daily, it has helped with my overall joint stiffness and pain.

I put it in my coffee or tea each morning and I don’t know it’s in there because it’s unflavored. The delivery was fast. Looking forward to to seeing the rewards and benefits of taking collagen.

I started using 1 year ago- primarily for joint pain and it has helped tremendously. I use 2 scoops every morning (1 scoop per cup of coffee) and it is tasteless!!!! LOVE...LOVE!!!!

Dissolves easily but no noticeable benefits

Negative- Have taken recommended dose every day for 4 months and no changes in hair, skin or joints.
Positive- it is tasteless and dissolves easily into hot coffee.
