Using this product has truly helped keep my nails strong for sure, but, honestly, I have a tough time keeping my protein intake at an appropriate level and this product makes it so easy to attain it. I add it to cookies, smoothies, hot chocolates and so much more. It’s flavorless and always blends well. I don’t know what I would do without it now!

Taking this product daily has made a huge difference in my skin tone, hair, and nail strength, as well as a major improvement in digestion! I love that it doesn’t have any flavor so it’s easy to mix into to coffee, juice, smoothies, baked goodies - just about anything!

I put these collagen peptides in my coffee every morning to not only increase my protein intake, but I find it helps with my digestion, hair, and nails. I didn't use it for about 2 years due to a specific food plan. After adding it back in for the last almost 2 years, my hair and nails are growing significantly faster! No taste whatsoever and mixes smoothly in hot liquids. I've only put it in cold liquid once, mixed best with a frother!
