I am 1 week postpartum and I took a chance in collagen peptides because I wanted to nourish my body and heal as best I could. Safe to say it’s helped me with energy and maintains my hair and skin with the added bonus if contributing to my joint care. I have been experiencing low back pain from arthritis. My doctor told me to try this and give it at least 6 weeks to decide if it would help… After about 8 weeks of taking this I can definitely feel significant relief. The longer, thicker hair and long, strong beautiful nails are an added bonus. I just add a scoop to my morning coffee and don’t even know it’s there. Flavorless and no texture. Do Not, I repeat, do not expect this from the creamer!! Yuck
