[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product as a gift. I knew about vital proteins and I was looking forward to try some products. I've seen changes since day 1. More energy during work out, my skin become more elastic and it's so nice to take 'cause I always mix the collagen to a morning smoothie. I'm suggesting viral proteins products to all my friends!

I have been using this daily for two year, my 30+ year old skin has been healthy and my nails stronger then ever! I use it daily in my morning coffee with no taste. I even travel with it! So simple to add and do good for my body!

I have tried almost every other collagen supplement in the market, I am so glad that I finally gave in and bought Vital Proteins! My only regret is not buying it sooner! I can move more freely my wrists feel so much better when working out! Go for it! You will not regret it!

I’ve been a fan of vital proteins for over two years now. It’s added to my morning coffee or shake, just blended it, nothing fancy needed. It’s flavorless (though I occasionally treat myself to the vanilla in the cooler months. It’s a clean product and I like what it does for my skin as well as my overall health.

I started using this product because hair loss and joint pain . As the first 2 months passed, I began to notice that my nails were much stronger, my knees were less painful and my hair stopped falling out and it looked shiny and a little healthier. Right now I've been with the product for 3 months. I can say that I absolutely recommend it. I drink it in my morning coffee on an empty stomach. I read that it gave better results. It is not supposed to have any flavor but this is not entirely true. Drink it in hot or warm drinks so that it dissolves better. If you are looking for a good quality collagen, definitely go for this one. The only disadvantage that I find is that it is a bit expensive but the truth is it is worth the money invested
