My nutritionist recommended me to take collagen after working out for recovery. I’ve been takin vital protein collagen peptide for about 10 months and my joints feel perfect after an intense workout. I do CrossFit so I’m constantly putting a lot of pressure on my knees and such so this definitely is a staple to my diet.

I’ve been using this product daily for about four weeks and I’m amazed at how different I feel. There is a noticeable difference in my joints, everything just feels better! Definitely less aches and pains. I’ll never stop using this product!

I have been using collagen peptides for over a year and now I can’t live without it. It gives me a great source of protein and has helped my hair grow for the first time in 5 years !! The powder is so versatile that I can put it in smoothies or coffee and it doesn’t change the flavor. This product is truly worth every penny! Speaking of which, it’s so affordable, I never have an issue restocking!

I love adding this collagen to my coffee. This dissolved really well and does not interrupt h to r flavor or taste of my coffee. I have seen noticeable improvements in my skin over the last 6 months of incorporating this into my morning routine. I do not go a day without this staple.

I have religiously been taking my vital proteins collagen every single morning for over 3 years now. One scoop in my coffee, and it completely dissolves and no taste at all. I’ve seen a huge difference in my skin and the rapid growth of my nails and hair. Can’t live without it!!!
