I love my collagen!

I have been using this for about a year now. My hair is thicker, my nails are healthier and my skin is amazing. Some of the fine lines went away completely and a wrinkle near my mouth is much less noticeable. My joints don't ache like they used to. I dont ever want to stop taking this.

Good for Skin and Nails

I bought this on auto ship and I am glad that I did. I put it in my daily coffee each morning and it keeps my skin, hair and nails looking strong and healthy. I started using it about 3 months ago so it takes some time.
