My hair line has a ton of new hair growth. I'm currently wearing a headband to keep it tamed because it's at a weird length and just sticks up when I put hair in a ponytail. I also just had an annual physical with my doctor and they commented on how long and strong my nails look! Yayy!

Ordered my first bottle after a recommendation from a friend about 4 months ago. The first month I wasn't consistent. Month 2 I made it part of my daily routine. Best addition to my wellness habits! By my second bottle I was able to see a visible difference in my skin, softer and smoother and I look younger! Kid you not! Total reset button. Now I make sure to get my 2 scoops in. It says taste less but in plain water there is a "taste" I don't mind but if it's an issue for you try with a juice or coffee.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a problem with dry and acne-prone skin. then I read all the reviews about VP and I decided to try the 567gr size and for 2 months I drank 1 scoop in the morning, surprisingly my skin is now moist and the acne scars are fading. I can't live without VP

Bought this at the recommendation of a friend. I had suffered a large amount of hair loss after having covid and was looking for a supplement to help stop, slow and ultimately regrow my once healthy curls. She raved about how well it works for her skin as well and frankly, who doesn’t want great skin?! Well, I’m excited to say Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides is working! I’m having new hair growing at an amazing rate! People are telling me my skin looks great. I owe it all to this product!
I use the unflavored powder in my coffee and I can’t tell it’s there. No taste. No grit. No odd change in consistency of my morning cup of joe.
