I started taking this while I was pregnant to avoid postpartum hair fall since I had horrible hair fall while breastfeeding my first born.
Did my research for hair support and decided to try this! 7months postpartum and zero hair fall. My hair has never been this lush and I’m always getting compliments on how healthy my hair looks. Skin as also never been this clear and I feel great! :) I’m a believer. I first thought it was a bit pricy but now I see it as an investment on my health. My husband loves it as well! Thanks vital proteins for such an amazing product!!

new addition to my morning routine

I started adding collagen onto my coffee for 3 months now. Before this, I have a very sensitive skin and easily have rash. However, after taking collagen my skin and hair became very soft and healthy. I would recommend this to everyone!
