My new morning routine

I love this product. I have been using for about 6 months and for an older person with osteoarthritis I have found it has eliminated cracking noises from my joints! I have recommended to several friends and ordered the individual servings to take on vacation. I can't imagine my morning without Vital Proteins in my coffee.

I've been using this in my coffee (only 1 scoop a day) for 6-8 months - my friends are all noticing that my skin and hair look so good and say I'm looking younger! Woot! Woot! - love this product! (I also like the way it makes my coffee a little creamier!)
