Love the versatility!

Bought this at 3 months post partum. (Now 7 months post partum) It’s safe while breastfeeding which is awesome, and helped with my joint pain and post partum hair loss! Had no flavour and I was able to add it to a hot or cold drink! It was easier to stir into a hot drink though.

I've been using this for abiut a month. It dissolves well in hot water. I add it to tea and coffee and it has no taste. I know bensifts will be a long term thing and I'll stick with it

I have been using this in my coffee every day for the past 6+ months. It has helped my hair and nails dramatically (easily obvious). More importantly I have noticed a dramatic improvement in how my body feels - especially my joints. As a heavy lifter and frequent runner this is incredibly important for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LOVE this stuff. I drink it everyday in my coffee :) it dissolves immediately and gives it a “creamy” texture. I will also add it to smoothies! I have noticed my nails and hair are 10x healthier after using for the last few months. It’s also a great way to incorporate additional protein.

I have been using Vital Protein’s collagen peptides for close to 2 years now and I see a significant difference in the strength of my nails, the fullness of my hair, and and over all suppleness of my skin. I cannot see myself living without this product.
