Game changer

I have been using this since February and I have nothing but good things to say about it. Not only have my hair and nails benefited from adding this to my daily routine but it has helped my digestive track immensely. I was on prescription medication and after taking collagen for a few weeks I was able to discontinue the meds. YAY! I cannot say enough about it and I don’t hesitate letting people know what it’s done for me!

I bought this because Jennifer Aniston recommended it..I know that is not a reason to start using this but I figured I would get one jar and see how it worked. I put one scoop in my coffee in the morning and I am good to go for the rest of the day. My nails have started to grow..I bite them because they are so weak..but I do believe that the collagen has helped.

I’ve been using vital proteins collagen for SIX years now and every time I try another brand, it just doesn’t beat VP. I used a scoop in my coffee every morning and if I don’t use it for a while, I notice it mostly in my muscle soreness/recovery. I got my 63 year old momma hooked three years ago, and she swears by it too.
