[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was gifted to me by a roommates friend and I've been adding it to my smoothies every time I make one; it makes the smoothie so creamy and I swear my hair skin and nails are stronger from it! Also goes great in oatmeal to help with creaminess. Highly recommend this item!!!!

I have been taking vital proteins for about 2 years now. Not just myself but others have noticed the length in my hair as well as fullness and shine! I can also tell a huge difference in my nails as well! This collagen goes perfectly in your morning coffee. It dissolves immediately and there’s no taste ! Truly the best on the market.

I love this stuff especially the unflavored because I can put in all kinds of different things like coffee and smoothies. I’ve noticed a big difference in my skin since taking the collagen peptides.
