I add this to my coffee and my hot lemon water. Great addition. Easy to digest and no flavor at all. I’ve noticed my knees don’t hurt anymore. I have psoriatic arthritis and adding this to my diet and helped a lot.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used two other collagen powders in the past. Neither one gave me the results I wanted. I used Live Well brand because my sister uses it and her hair has so much fullness which she never had since her 20's. I didn't get the results she had so I got back on my Vital Protein. After 2 days my skin is softer like it was when I was using it before. What works for you may not work as well for me. I'm a Vital Protein life user!
