The Only Supplement I Trust

Let me start by saying, I'm not someone who takes a lot of supplements. Despite my best attempts, I don't remember to take my vitamins regularly. I'm not on Instagram enough to see all the latest crazes. And I don't have the money to spend on expensive supplements either.
Vital Proteins is my exception to all that. I'm in my 30s, so figured now is the time to enhance my skin and protect my joints. And I do think there is a bit more elasticity and glow to my skin and my joints feel smoother (I've had bad knees since high school). Also my nails are strong as heck!
This stuff is a bit pricey and it does taste a bit funny (I add it to coffee with cream and that helps a lot!) Also it helps tide me over till lunch time. And while I have no definitive proof of it's usefulness (despite my nails), I've found it worth it enough to keep using it everyday.

I have gorgeous nails now!

I’ve been using VP collagen peptide powder for about a year for its anti-aging benefits but not consistently. About five weeks ago, I decided to ensure I had my 10g scoop every day. I’ve never had nails as they were always brittle, thin and prone to breaking and peeling. A couple of weeks into my new daily routine I noticed my nails were stronger and growing faster. My nails are tougher than they have ever been and no longer peel! I have to trim them with clippers now and also noticed that my hair is growing faster; I have to trim my bangs every two weeks. I’m confident it is doing great things for my skin too. The VP powder blends effortlessly into my coffee and I’m ready to start my day. I’ve recently added one of the waters after my workouts. I’ve never felt better and I’m in my mid-fifties!

Goodbye crepe-y neck!

I have been using this product for approximately four months now and can’t say enough good things. I purchased it on the advice of my trainer to help build my muscles. And unexpected result was my neck felt smoother in one week. Yes, I said one week. There is still a slight feel of crepe-y skin but it is 80% better than it was! In addition, I feel my triceps are starting to fill out. That result is taking longer, but I am seeing an improvement after three months. Two scoops in my coffee every morning. Don’t taste a thing so it is no different than any other type of vitamin or supplement.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this product for about two and a half years now and have it every morning in my coffee. It has no taste and is delicious. I will continue to take this product for as long as I live. I do not have to worry about getting the proper amount of protein for my muscles and bones. I look and feel great...
