I take Collagen Peptides every morning with my matcha latte. I first bought it to improve gut health, skin, joint, and hair but notice that my hair and nails grow so fast. Love it ! I want to try the chocolate flavor but stuck with this original (unflavored) :)

Joint Pain

Originally a I bought this for its skin bonuses; however the biggest bonus is how great my knee feels. I had a new knee put in 3 years ago and this year it began having pain going up and down stairs. This collagen has totally taken away that pain. I’m amazed. Thank you Vital Proteins!

I am so beyond impressed with this collagen! This is my first time trying it and I could see a difference within two weeks. My skin cleared up, my hair look super shiny, joint pain subsided tremendously. So happy with this, I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Joints, Hair, Nails Oh My!

I've been taking Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides for three months and I've noticed incredible changes: my hair seems fuller and is growing like a weed, my nails have never been stronger, the stretch marks on my tummy (from carrying two babes) are lessening and that's not even the reason I started taking collagen! I started to help my joints as I'm training for a half-marathon and lifting six-days a week. I wanted to make sure my joints were also being taken care of. I will continue taking this product as I have reaped so many benefits from it. Thank you Vital Proteins!

I have been using this product for the last 3 months and have been so impressed! It dissolves so easily in my morning coffee and has no funny taste or texture. Since I have been using this every day for the last few months, I have seen noticeable improvement in my allover complexion moisture levels in my skin. I can't recommend this product enough.

I use this to mix with my smoothies in the morning. Great value. Compared to the marine collagen, I get a more pungent fragrance when mixed with hot water.

I have a monthly subscription for this product and use it every single morning! 1-2 scoops in my coffee. This truly is flavorless and mixes so we’ll with all liquids without any texture or flavor changes to whatever you add it to. Notice flower skin and stronger nails when I use it consistently. Highly recommend.
