I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid arthritis in 2007 I didn’t like taking all the drugs to ease my pain. After talking with my Rheumatologist we decided to try other ways to ease my pain through exercise, food, and supplements. I’ve been taking Vital Proteins powder in my morning coffee for 7 years now and have never looked back!!!! It’s the best. I recommend it to everyone.

It really works!

I’m not one to notice changes in me when I use different products, that’s why I am writing this review. I had a chronic knee pain that it now gone after a couple months on this product. Additionally my finger nails are stronger. I really am impressed by these changes.

I absolutely love Vital Proteins - Collagen Peptides! I’ve been using Vital Proteins for over 6 months! The results I see in my hair growth, nails, and skin is incredible! Every morning I add a scoop full to my coffee. I normally drink two cups. I drink both hot and cold coffee. It mixes really well with both and there is no grittiness and you can’t taste it! Winner!! I highly recommend everyone try it and give it two months to really see results! My hair has been a struggle for me and now it’s healthy and full!

This is my Holy Grail product. The one I can not be without. I buy the canister, but I also keep the individual packets for on the go. If I had to choose just one Vital Proteins product, this would be the one. But thankfully, I don't have to choose. To be honest, I haven't found one of their products that I do not like. I use the hydration packets in my water bottle during the day, and I also love the collagen gummies! I just started using the ACV gummies and so far I really like them as well. Vital Proteins is the gold standard for collagen and hydration, and I would highly recommend their products.

I bought this a month ago I wanted to try a different collagen to see if there was any difference. I'm not sure if I see any changes in my skin or hair so far that will take a few more months. Ilike that it has no flavor easily mixable in smoothies. Mine says its the bovine on the front one thing I'd like to know is thr nutritional facts (protein, calories, any vitmains) per serving.
