Noticeable difference within days!

I started using Vital Proteins and after a few days I was Facetiming with my husband and he noted that I didn't look so tired and my face was so smooth. I could tell a difference too. I stopped using them for about a week (just forgot) and I never noticed how much they helped my joints until I stopped using them. Love this product.

The Vital Proteins is a game changer for me! My hair and nails are so healthy. I put a scoop every morning in my coffee. It is easy and tasteless in my coffee. I am starting to see a change in my skin as well. I have been taking for a few months.

Huge improvement to skin, hair and nails

I initially bought this after a colitis flare made me lose massive amounts of hair last year. Three months in and my hair is as thick as ever, shiny and growing fast, nails are strong and my skin looks great. I would disagree completely with the poster who said this has a scent, I’ve mixed it with coffee and tea & though it does add a creamy texture that is very slight I have never tasted it. Love this product.
