As soon as I turned 30 i knew I need to take care of myself and of course I wanted to look younger. I heard a lot of good things about the Vital collagen peptides so I decided to try it. It has been 10 months now and I feel and look better then ever.

Amazing results!

I started taking this 3 weeks ago and am blown away at the results. I really wish I would have taken a before and after picture because now I no longer need the filter to smooth out under and around my eyes. My skin is glowing!

Not so sure if this is effective at all

I’ve been using this for several months and do not notice any change in hair skin or nails. Also it dissolves poorly even in hot drinks (lumps) and often has a very bad taste (each canister is different, which is a little scary)

A breakfast staple!

This is my favorite VP product and the only collagen I use and have been using for 4 years. I add it to whatever my breakfast is: smoothie, oats, chia pudding, etc. to boost the nutrient content.

I started taking the unflavored collagen peptides back in January and I’ve definitely noticed a difference in how my hair and nails grow and look. I wish I had started taking collagen years ago.
