Can mix in anything

I've been using this product for a few years. I definitely feel like it has been beneficial for my skin and hair. My favorite thing about the Collagen Peptides is that it dissolves so easily and there is no weird texture or flavor or aftertaste. It just disappears. I've mixed it in coffee, tea, regular lemon water, and you don't notice it at all.

My husband takes this for his knees

I purchased this about a month and a half ago for my husband’s joint pain. There r so many diff types of collagen on the market and it’s kind of hard to navigate which one is best for what we needed so ultimately I decided to start with VP bc of its reviews and go from there! So far we like it and dh has said his knees feel much better. So we’ll stick w it as long as it’s helping his knee pain

I am only on 5th or 6th day of using but am excited about the results I hope to see. I love that it dissolves in my morning coffee so easily. I also like the fact that Jennifer Aniston uses this product.

It is so much healthier and not only is my hair getting longer but im also growing more hair (strand) so it looks thicker . Great product for my nails i am able to keep my nails strong and they dont break as easily compared to when i wasnt using collagen peptides

GREAT for skin and tummy ( guy ) health

My husband is a quadriplegic- 59 years old- and his skin all around has never been more supple and healthy. He broke his neck in 1983. He just started collagen during Covid and he won’t ever stop now! Skin and gastric health are his number one priorities and this collage is essential for both. It mixes well and is easily disguised with any other kind of flavoring. - don’t drink by itself- it’s label says unflavored: but collagen has its own “flavor” and it ain’t pretty- but like I said- it’s easily masked with any other type of drink or flavoring. We like to mix it with his daily “liquid IV” powder. Boom! Thanks Vital Proteins!
