Dissolves In coffee with no taste

A good friend was putting this in her coffee while we were staying with her. I enquired as to what it was and she told me she takes it for her hair, skin and nails. I said, I could use better hair, skin and nails so I ordered it. I suffer from arthritic hips and may need to have replacement surgery as I am in constant pain. I started taking this for my hair, skin and nails and within a few days, my hip pain decreased by over 50%! I didn't believe it at first but have kept it up and yes, my hip pain has diminished greatly! I will eventually still need the surgery but it is now not a rush as I can function better than before taking it! I now have my husband taking it as well!

I bought this to use while recovering from a surgery as I've heard it helps heal your incisions faster, and not only was it effective for that, my hair and nails were noticeably thicker and stronger after going through the whole container. Also, it blends easily and truly has no taste so it's easy to take!
