This is my favorite! It is easy to incorporate in anything, I like adding this to my morning coffee or my smoothies. I really like that it has no flavor so you can mix it with anything!

This collagen is EVERYTHING. My boyfriend struggled with skin concerns and I do here and there and this really cleared it up. It also has protein which makes my morning smoothie keep me full for hours. We even take it on trips with us!
