I have been using Vital Proteins for at least 1 year, the subscription offered the best price compared to in store or 1 time purchases. I'd like to think it helps maintain skin/nail/hair health, but the only way to test that is to stop taking it.

I’ve had this for a while and while I can’t tell any difference I’ll keep taking it. I don’t like that it turns a little gummy like while trying to stir but I found if I add it to a very little amount of liquid it’s dissolves better then add more water or milk.

No bad after taste

I purchased this a month ago and have been taking it every other day. I skipped a couple of days and did not notice anything different. I like that there is not a bad taste or after taste to it.
