My nail & skin is getting better!

Believe that it will be more effective, and set it to 4 stars.
The reason I started using it was that my nails became weaker and
I was over 50 years old when I was worried about joint pain.
It's been over a year since I started using it, and I think it's because my nails have become stronger, my skin is in good condition, and I've gained muscles through exercise without joint pain!

Completely dissolves in coffee

I've been using this product for just under a month. I'm not sure if it's the product or the fact that I've been taking care of myself more in the last few weeks but I feel great. My skin looks great. I already put it on auto-order.

I've been using this for 4 months. No more knee pain while working out after the first month of using it! My overall health has improved.....hair and nails grow awesomely. Be patient and you'll definitely see and more importantly feel improvement in how your body feels ,looks , and functions.

I have been using Vital Proteins for 8 months now and I found I no longer need my joint supplement I was taking before. My nails are not rippled as they once were. My skin looks healthier, and my hair looks great! I am 55 years old and I think this product is working as expected for me.
