I bought this on the advice of my dermatologist and have been mixing it into my morning coffee - no discernable taste compared to the coffee and no discernable texture. I bought a three-month supply and if I see results, I will purchase it again.

Have been using this product for 5 months & am a believer in its actions. I . Have much less joint discomfort, my skin really does glow, my nails are stronger & not brittle, & my hair has definitely gotten thicker & oddly healthier over all. A simple daily routine.
