I feel like this helps my seborehic (sp?) dermatitis in the wintertime - however, it's so clumpy! Is it supposed to be like that?

Benefits as advertised

I've been taking Vital Proteins Original Collagen Peptides for a couple of months now and have experienced the advertised benefits of stronger nails and hair and increased joint support. As a 70-year old with rheumatoid arthritis, I appreciate the improved well being I am experiencing by using this product.

Couldn't get past the after taste

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried it for 3 day's once with plan water, once with lemonade and once with tea and just couldn't get past the taste it left in my mouth - it probably is a great product but not for me!!

Both my husband and me take it every morning with our breakfast. For me I have noticed my skin seems brighter and my niece noticed the change on my skin as well. My husband is taking collagen mainly for his joints and it’s a bit early for him to comment. Will get back in a couple more months…

Nice big container

I really wanted to try this to see if it would help in all the ways promised. I started taking it right away, but immediately had problems with mixing it with liquids because of major lumps that were difficult to dissolve. Tried every kind of drinks, but only found milk was the only thing that was less problems mixing. If there is a trick to get it to dissolve, I really would like to hear of it.

Hi There! Thank your feedback! I left a few tips below on how to dissolve in cold water:
1. Fill your glass 1/3 of the way with room temp liquid
2. Add 1-2 scoops of collagen and mix with a fork, spoon or frother
3. Top it off with cold liquid to fill the glass and mix again
