Hard to mix in drinks

I’ve only been using this for a month so I cant say if I’ve seen a difference. I’m 25 with PCOS so I have acne, hair loss and just bad skin overall. Recently my face has been so dry after trying retinol so I wanted a supplement to help me recover. I honestly haven’t seen a difference and I use it every morning with my tea or coffee. This powder also doesn’t mix well at ALL with cold beverages which is disappointing. It does have no taste so idk I will continue to try and take it to see a difference.

Great product

I have been using This for over a month. I had gone through cancer treatment and my joints hurt and my hair loss was significant since I started using this daily my hair has been growing back nicely, my skin has never looked better and my nails are strong. My joint pain has lessened quite a bit. It dissolves completely in my coffee and has no taste.

Easy Way to Up Your Routine

The great thing about it being flavorless is that I can add it to anything and easily upgrade my coffee and tea while not forcing myself to drink something I normally would not. No new habit to establish, just enhances my daily routine.
