I LOVE this stuff!

Since I started using Vital Proteins Original Collagen Peptides, I have received more compliments on my hair and skin. I have also noticed that I haven't gotten sick in ages. Is it possibly from the Vitamin C? Maybe. Regardless, I am a huge fan of this product and recommend it to anyone who asks me what I have been doing.

I use it as a nutritional supplement, dissolving in water every morning. I have noticed a huge difference in my skin as well as my joints when exercising.

I tried it in my coffee. It's supposed to be unflavored but it definitely changed the taste and consistency of my coffee. I want a refund!

Chocolate Vital Proteins

This product has been a part of my health care for a couple years at one scoop a day. 5 months ago I started using 2 scoops a day. My fingernails have always been weak. As I aged, they have also chipped and split. With daily two scoops, I now have great looking nails. Love the chocolate fix I get every day, too...a real bonus.

Powder did not dissolve in either hot or cold beverages. Did not care for the taste.

The powder normally dissolves okay with hot water. I haven’t noticed any changes yet… but we will see. I don’t like that I assumed it was one scoop a day but they actually suggest two

What a Difference
