This is an easily disolvable powder, tasteless and easy to take. I mix with my morning juice. I've only been a customer for a month and it's too soon to see or feel results, but I'm confident that I'll see results over time.

Unexpected improvements in nails

After taking the VP Collagen Peptides w/hyaluronic acid for 6 months, I cannot believe how much better my nails are. I used to have a vertical split in one of my nails that repeatedly broke down to the nail bed. It is almost Gone!! My nails grow like crazy now.
I have also noticed that my skin is much less drier than it used to be. I always had sort of ashy, dry skin and now my skin feels and looks much better. I almost never need to use hand lotion anymore, and I rarely even have to use chapstick. I haven't felt much improvement with my daily aches and pains but I'll keep using this in my morning smoothie everyday anyway.

Noticeable Changes!

I started using collagen in January 2021 to strengthen my nails that constantly broke. I stirred it into my coffee, tea, or smoothies almost everyday and was surprised that that it is pretty much tasteless. It definitely stirs into hot liquids more easily, but it still disolved in colder liquids with more stirs. The first month of use I didn't notice any significant changees in my nails, but after about two months, not only did my nails feel fortified and didn't break all the time, but I felt that my skin looked more elastic and glowy than before. I don't use products on my face besides a simple cleanser, so I was surprised that this effected my skin in a noticeable way. I'm still using this collagen in July 2021 and the results remain!

I’ve been using Vital Proteins for a few months and I already see a difference in my hair and nails. So easy to use, just one scoop in my morning coffee. The only downside is the shipping cost to Canada.
