I put these collagen peptides in everything- my coffee, matcha, smoothies, etc... no change in taste at all & after a few months using it, I’ve seen such improvement in my hair & skin especially! As a dancer as well, I’ve seen my joint & muscle fatigue go down. Definitely a great product & one to buy!

I was using another brand with lower mg per serving and switched to this one after reading reviews and doing some research. I love it! I am on auto delivery and incorporate every morning in my protein shake. Highly recommend this product.
