Honestly I've been taking this brand of Collagen for several months now and my hairstylist was wondering what I was doing differently because my hair seemed so much healthier and thicker. On top of this, there is no taste, it's easy to dissolve in drinks (I prefer my coffee - a hot drink) and it has 20 grams of protein a serving. Helps with my protein intake.

I’ve been taking this everyday for a year. I just mix in my morning lemon water and there is no taste or texture change. It has made my hair grow long and healthy and I love it!!

I’ve been using collagen peptides for a few months now. I mix it in in my morning hot coffee and it is absolutely flavorless. My nails have been growing a lot, and are strong and less brittle.

About three months ago my family began incorporating VITAL PROTEINS collagen into our daily routine. I add it to my morning tea. As I use non-dairy creamer, often homemade versions, I frequently miss the creaminess of dairy creamers or milk and/or having problems with the nut milk separating in my tea. Not anymore.
Not only has Vital Proteins helped my morning tea taste better and have a creamier consistency, a lot of my friends have been asking me what I’ve been doing differently because they say I look healthier. So, I can only assume it’s helping my skintone improve and my joints feel happier.
