I have been taking this product for a month now and I noticed my skin extremely smooth after literally one week of use. My nails are now growing faster and our stronger. I am still waiting to see a change in my complexion, my wrinkles, sagging facial and neck skin and my thinning hair. I hope to see changes soon, as this was the reason I invested in this product.

I've been using this for over a year now because I was experiencing hair loss and just an over all difference in breakage, etc. It has definitely helped and also has caused my nails to grow. I mix it in my morning coffee with cream and it tastes really good. I have also used it in several hot teas and soups. It mixed easy in hot items. Definitely worth trying! I love using the subscription for price and convenience.

I have thin hair and nails that break of easily. I have been putting a scoop of the collagen powder with my morning coffee for the past 5 months and I have noticed difference in my skin, hair and nails. 10/10 would recommend this
