I’ve been using vital proteins collagen for around 6 months and my skin looks glows and my hair has never been shiner. It disappears right into my morning coffee without any weird taste. I highly recommend it.

I'm sure a lot of people leave reviews for this specific VP product but let me tell you...this stuff saved my life. A couple of months after recovering from Covid-19, I noticed things were starting to change about me and my body. My biggest concern? My hair was falling out drastically. I tried so many different kinds of pills and oils and hair treatments but nothing was working. I decided to give this a try and after two week, my head had little baby hairs shooting out in all directions. Since then, I've had a few other friends experience the same issue and I recommend the VP collagen to all of them.

Super strong nails!

I have a hard time getting enough protein. I also have a lot of anxiety and bite my nails; they are so brittle. A friend told me to try this, especially since it's not flavored, I can put it in ANYTHING. It's so great. I add a serving to a protein shake for more boost, I add to lemonade or coffee. It's so great. I've been meeting my protein goals AND my nails are so long and strong! Super pumped. Love this.

I have this on a recurring subscription because I have read about all of the benefits of collagen and this brand is great! Mixes well in my coffee every morning. I also love that they include HA and Vit C because I read that your body digests the collagen better with these!

I've been adding Collagen Peptides to my morning iced coffee for almost a year now. Its the perfect solution to adding more lean protein to my diet, especially for workout recovery. My husband uses it, too and we've both noticed some visible benefits (thicker hair, stronger nails) but we love how we feel--more energized, less sore, improved agility.
