Hair health!

I’ve been using this stuff for over a year. I decided to try it out when I was literally losing hair from stress while studying for the bar exam. I drink it in my coffee every single morning. My hair now grows like a weed and I shed half as many strands of hair as I used to!

I have been using the collagen peptides in my morning water and smoothies for the last six months. I have noticed increased elasticity in my skin, and healthier, shiner hair. The peptides add no taste to my morning drinks which is so nice to have the benefits without a weird taste!

I purchased my Vital proteins about a month ago after trying a sample of an different product of theirs and glad I did! I love the collagen peptide powder, its easy to use, and very effective. Only a month of using, I see, feel, and love what it does to my skin, hair, and joints.

I’ve used VP collagen peptides for 4 years and love the OG peptides!! They are great to add to smoothies, soups, baked goods, and drinks. I also add them to my water with a squeeze of lemon for the perfect collagen-pumped hydration!!! I recently purchased the chocolate collagen peptides and can’t wait to try them. Highly recommend. You won’t regret trying these!

I Have Found My Fountain of Youth!

I am on my 3rd container of this wonder product. I take 2 scoops with either coffee or smoothie (for a total of 20mg) daily along with my beauty gummies (also made by Vital Proteins) and I must say that there is a substantial difference in the texture of my skin. Also the strength and length of my hair and nails is remarkable! I have also noticed that my joints are not so stiff in the morning when I am trying to exercise. Love it! A must try!!
