Noticing changes!

I’ve been taking this for 3 weeks now. Every morning I add 2 scoops to my coffee. Didn’t see any difference until that 3 week mark and bam! My hair is awesome, my skin is glowing and smooth. I can even feel in difference in my joint pain. I haven’t seen a change in my nails yet. They are still thin and brittle but I have hope that it will get better with this product! I love the results and will continue to use it everyday!

Hair growth!

I’ve been adding 2 scoops to my coffee every morning for the last 6 months and I have had so much NEW hair growth! I’ve struggled with very fine hair my whole life and about 3 months ago I started receiving so many compliments on how healthy my hair looks! I won’t stop using this!

I had weightloss surgery and my hair started falling out. I use 2 scoops, sometimes 4, a day. It helps me meet my protein goals and I've noticed hair regrowth! It dissolves so easily in my hot coffee. No clumping & no weird taste in my coffee like other supplements. I've also noticed a huge difference in my skins complection, it's much brighter & I have less break outs.

When in doubt, throw a bit of collagen in. Morning coffee, absolutely. Kids smoothies, definitely! There are no wrong ways to use this collagen and that’s why I love it so!! There’s no flavor, so it blends well into just about everything, and you can be confident in the quality. I’ve tried quite a few different brands, but Vital Proteins is my tried and true.
